To gain access to our secure server on Patient Portal and become web-enabled, simply sign-up by providing us with a personal (non-work) e-mail address.

Please contact our office to request a secure log on and password now to begin utilizing this efficient method of communicating with our office. We do NOT charge extra fees for access to our online patient portal like other doctors offices. This is part of continued commitment to provide state of art medical care and great communication method at lowest cost to you.

 

You will be able to securely login with your username and password and gain access to your personal health record and other helpful features from any computer or smartphone with an Internet connection!
