How Common is ADHD?
According to the studies, more than 10 percent of children between the ages of 2 and 17 are diagnosed with ADHD. Surprisingly, children assigned male at the time of birth receive ADHD diagnoses twice more than girls and children. Symptoms in boys and children with hyperactive-type symptoms are therefore easier to diagnose.
